FAQ
Can the machines be used outdoors?
Yes! If we can reach a mains electric supply, or our battery-powered alternative allows even greater flexible placement, but events should consider weather conditions. Rain will be an issue, as will direct harsh sunlight, since many of our games rely on LED displays for gameplay. To ensure uninterrupted fun, we offer a 6m x 3m commercial-grade gazebo for £50, providing shelter from rain or shine so play can carry on smoothly (Wind speeds however, we sadly cannot control and we may have to reposition, suspend, or if we can, move service indoors).
Do we need staff on-site to operate the machines?
A staff member will always be present to ensure the machines are running smoothly and to assist with any questions or technical needs. While our games are designed for self-service fun, we’re there to make sure everything operates perfectly throughout your event.
Do you offer discounts for longer hire periods?
Absolutely. If your event requires multiple days, we can create a custom package to suit your needs. Please contact us.
